Our tenants are as valuable to us as our landlords. We have a set of procedures in place to ensure your comfort and enjoyment whilst staying in our rental properties. Outlined below are our guidelines for tenants who wish to apply.

- LETTING PERIOD
the minimum lease term is usually 12 months, unless otherwise stated or agreed with the Landlord/Agent. - FEES:
- Deposit - when signing the rental agreement, the tenant shall hand over for deposit an amount equal to 2 months rental fee, the Landlord will return the deposit to the tenant at the termination time of the agreement. The deposit can't be used as part of the last month payment.
- Rent is payable monthly and in advance.
- The first month's rent is payable when tenant is receiving the keys to the flat.
- CONDITION
Properties are rented 'as is'. If you have any specific requirements or comments, these must be raised at the time of the application. A copy of the property inventory is available in advance if requested. Inventories must be checked at entry and any discrepancies not noticed immediately must be reported within three days. - TO VIEW available PROPERTIES
